"VE is volume based and it can't be +100 %, load is mass based and it can be + 100%"... is this statement true ?
Highest normally aspirated volumetric efficiency I'm aware of is in the older F1 engines where it was approaching 150% - some motorcycles and kart engines may be even higher - this is primarily achieved by inertial ramming and pressure waves in the inlet tract. Using forced induction we are artificially increasing the "volumetric efficiency" by forcing more air in by increasing the pressure although the actual efficiency is less if you go by volume, not mass.
Not sure what you mean by "load"?
