Can Honda D15 series ECU's be reflashed? what are the software and hardware packages needed.
I haven't personally done anything with the D15 engine in terms of tuning on an OE ECU sorry. From their website it looks like Hondata do support the D15 but I'd suggest firing them an email with some more specific information. You could also look into Crome too.
