Hello, I am still a novice, my friend has an evo 8 with built engine 272 cams and turbo from a turbo 9.

today I started road tuning the car and noticed the following:

1- the AFR was varying dramatically on idle

2- starting the A/C or fan made the engine stall

Addtionally wasnt able to know how to configure boost cut.

any feedback would be great!

Sounds like you might be running too low idle for those cams. usually there is also possibility to adjust the idle air control valve closed loop settings so that they react slower or faster.

A/C or Fan stalling sounds like injector dead timing table compensation fault. Measure the drop in voltage when you do either and check if your injector dead times are matching what your injectors are expecting.
