I am having an incredibly hard time getting consistent numbers in subsequent logged Runs after making changes to the VE table.

I have followed, instructions Primarily from GRG on how to set up the ECU to do VE only in HP Tuners.

Its a 2000 C5 Corvette, with aftermarket heads and Cam and a CAI all else stock. ( Stock intake stock exh.. etc. ) .

Ive Got as a basic SD Only logging setup:

---------------

Airflow\Dynamic\Dynamic Airflow\High RPM Disable = 12,000 RPM

Airflow\Dynamic\Dynamic Airflow\High\Low RPM Thresh = 12,000 RPM

Airflow\Dynamic\Dynamic Airflow\High\Low MAP Thresh = 104 kpa

Fuel\Oxygen Sensors\Feedback\Closed loop Enable\ECT vs IAT = 139 C Across the board

Fuel\Oxygen Sensors\Feedback\Long Term Fuel Trims\LTFT = Disabled

Fuel\Oxygen Sensors\Feedback\Long Term Fuel Trims\MIN ECT = 139 C

Fuel\Oxygen Sensors\Feedback\Long Term Fuel Trims\MAX ECT = 0 C

Fuel\Oxygen Sensors\Feedback\Long Term Fuel Trims\MIN MAP = 100 kpa

Fuel\Temperature Control\Catalyst Protection\Catalyst Over-Temp Enable = Disabled

Fuel\Cutoff, DFCO\Deceleration Fuel Cutoff\Enable ECT = 139 C

Engine Diagnostics\Airflow\Mass Airflow Sensor\Maf Sensor Frequency Fail High\ = 1 Hz

Engine Diagnostics\DTCS\List\PO103 Mass Or Volume Air Flow A Circuit High = MIL ON FIRST ERROR

SECONDARY VE TABLE = PRIMARY VE TABLE

LOW OCTANE SPARK TABLE = HIGH OCTANE SPARK TABLE. .

----------------

I typically wil run the car till it reaches 90 C . Either shut off the AIR Recirc via the Scanner, or wait till it shuts off.

Then I drive as steadily smoothly as possible gathering data.

I make changes to the Primary and Secondary VE Tables, by making changes to the Primary then Copy With axis and paste to the secondary.

I run again.. etc..

THE ISSUE IS:

Often I find that cells in the Scanner in subsequent runs show significantly different AFR Errors from run to run.

EVEN CELLS I HAVE NOT CHANGED !!!!

I am having a hard time figuring out how to get this to be stable so I can count on the AFR Errors im seeing to be a true representation of facts.

Help please.

check your fuel system and fuel pressure, are you using in tank fuel pump or external ?

Specs on the camshaft?

Generalmente respondemos dentro de las 12 horas (a menudo antes)
