OK guys it's my first forum post so go easy on me.

I recently installed a Holley sniper 2 on a customer’s car. No issues with the install, as it was my 7th sniper install. The vehicle did have an issue with the charging system, which resulted in a power surge through the ECU of the sniper 2 and consequentially short circuited the ECU. I contacted Holley, and of course, no support, or service parts. I ended up buying a complete sniper 2 to fix the car, now I am left with a brand new sniper 2 TBI with no ecu.

I am considering retrofitting a Haltech Elite 550 to this TBI sniper 2. Before I go down this path, I was hoping that someone in the forum has experience with this, and weather its worth doing?

Oh, and the charging system issue has since been resolved

Thanks

Goz

Probably the only thing to note is you will have to use significantly higher transient throttle enrichment than what is probably in generic base maps for port injection due to the wetted manifold volume, assuming Andy hasn't implemented a fuel film model on their software updates, in which case there is probably guidance in the setup notes.

Generalmente respondemos dentro de las 12 horas (a menudo antes)
