Whats going on guys. First time caller here! sorry for the long post, but I'm going crazy here! lol. I am tuning myself on OS (dimemod) and I am having an issue that I cannot seem to figure out.

I recently rebuilt my engine with a CD block and built heads, full bolt-on, FP green, FMIC, id1300 injectors, and on SD. I replaced everything under the hood as well. There are no vacuum leaks or exhaust leaks that I can find. only thing I can think of mechanically is the forge external WG could be staying open. (12lb spring- about 6 yrs old) targeting 20 lbs.

Problem is anytime I go wot and switch gears, boost drops to 4-5lbs and it takes until redline to get it back. I know the FMIC will cause some lag, but never had it this bad. If I only use one gear, boost comes on strong everytime and is consistent. Is there anything I'm over looking that might cause this??? any help would be extremely appreciated!!! I'll even throw someone a couple of bucks if I can get this sorted. Thank you!!!

Hard to say, but a sticking waste gate would fit the symptoms. I'd start with stripping it down and checking it's free to move, maybe using a high temperature lubricant.
