Hi guys, new to the forum, just learning the fundamentals of tuning. I have a 2004 Subaru Legacy GT with Haltech ECU and the WBC1 kit. I was just wondering do I have to keep calibrating the wideband sensor every time I disconnect the battery?

I'm not sure what is going on here? The newer WBC1 uses the built in calibration resistor in the sensor connector and the older version requires a free air calibration on initial sensor installation. I've used the older WBC2 on our 350Z and only ever did the free air cal once when the sensor was changed or installed. What is indicating to you that a calibration is required?

Hi Andre, thank you for the reply. I just recently changed my coils so had to unplug the battery and was just wondering if I had to calibrate the wide band sensor again after connecting the battery?

No, only when you change sensor.

Generalmente respondemos dentro de las 12 horas (a menudo antes)
