First time using ECU Flash with the Tactrix cable. Vehicle is a JDM 2007 WRX STI, A-Line. While attempting to connect, the green connector by the driver side foot pedal was connected. The connection was attempted by timing the key on when commanding the software to connect. Multiple attempts resulted in negative results with error messages.
Tactrix cable was purchased new from the manufacture out in California. The engine fan can be heard once the green connector is joined when the key is on.
Any advice in connecting will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
It's been a minute since this post, but verify that you have selected the correct ECU in the settings bar for that particular vehicle. If that doesn't work, verify you have connectivity in the lower right corner to the cable, driver installation is sometimes finicky with ECU flash and tactrix cables.
