Hi all. I’ve just wired in my ECUMaster EMU black. Before cranking it over, I tested my fuel pump and main relay outputs using the output test feature. I set base fuel pressure and all is well. However, when I crank the engine over in attempts to start, the ECU is not switching the main relay or fuel pump outputs on. My ignition sync is good, it registers rpm, it changes status from inactive to cranking, but it will not switch those relays. I’m hoping I’m just missing something simple, but any help would be appreciated.
Does the power to your relay remain powered while the engine is cranking? Many street car ignition switches have power that is ON in run, but OFF in cranking (so you can give more power to the starter) Often these are used to power / trigger relays so the fans and other pumps don't run. But you need the fuel pump to run.
It's also possible you don't have the settings right for the relay, but you haven't provided a configuration (preferred) or even a screen shot (not my favorite) to show what you have done.
