I'm struggling to find a twisted pair curly cord cord, do I need a twisted pair for this? or do the curly cord do the job..

I have not experienced any unusual issues running 1 Mbit CAN over conventional curly cords.
I make my own curly cords, never had an issue with CAN at 1M with them.
