I'm a little confused on this. When I put 0.02 into a calculator and divide by 1000, the result is 0.00002. However if I move the decimal 3 places to the right from 0.02, the result is 20. Is moving the decimal for the amount of 0's correct or am I missing something?

"When I put 0.02 into a calculator and divide by 1000, the result is 0.00002." That's correct

"However if I move the decimal 3 places to the right from 0.02, the result is 20." So does this mean you are entering 20 into the calculator and dividing that by 1000? If yes the result should be 0.02

"Is moving the decimal for the amount of 0's correct or am I missing something?" Either your cacket poculator isn't working properly or I have misunderstood the method you have used. When moving decimal places either way, usually to the right but it can be moved 1 place to the left, forget about the 0's and just think places. From your explanation I think you have entered something incorrectly.

I was gonna ask the same question and I do believe its a mistake in the video. 0.02 second TIMES 1000 equals 20ms since 1 sec =1000MS

20MS DIVIDED by 1000 equals 0.02 of a second.

Andre Please correct it in the future to clear up the confusion. Thanks =)
