Hey tuners. I am continuing the build and install of a new 427 stroker in my road course prepped Fox Body. I've run into an issue in that we planned to use Holley's EFI Universal 1000 CFM throttle body. Well, I can deal with the GM Style Air Intake Temp and TPS, but the simple MSPNP2 that I have does not afford my control of the stepper motors for the GM style AIC. My engine builder is suggesting we simply delete it. I can see where I can disable it in TunerStudio; however what steps / adjustments should I look at to compensate for the lack of the valve?

THANKS in advance for the assistance.

Im still a rookie around here but I deleted my IAC using microquirt which is basically MS2 as well. Took me a while to really get it dialed in but I have the hang of it now and it seems to work great! Also note I am on a 1.6 liter 4 cylinder so your beast will obviously have way more torque at idle than mine. And mines a daily so needed traffic friendly

In Idle tab I use Idle Advance settings. Control idle advance based on RPM, apply as adder. Manual conditions and kind of set accordingly I played with it a bit till I was happy with it as far as transition areas for it to activate. What temps and throttle positions and all that jazz.

Then in Idle RPM Advanced Timing graph ended up with something along the lines of 950 in the center as my target Idle. When it dips to 900 add 4 degrees, dips to 800 add 6 degrees. On the flipside, 1050rpm will -2 degrees and 1150rpm will -4 degrees. When I kick on loads, headlights, blower, wipers ect. Works great and super stable
