Any chance this data sheet represent that coil model. The dwell time is very short (0.39 ms), but the current draw is high 21 A

If you can't find the information from documentation, or contacting the Magneti Marelli, then you could measure this yourself. I have used this procedure to determine coil dwell time requirements:
