my intake air temp sensor is mounted in the 2 inch spacer before my throttle body. would this be the ideal spot for it. apposed to the intake manifold. thanks
That is as good a place as any. It's not critical. But if it's placed after the throttle, it's more critical that the sensor makes a air tight seal.
I generally like to have the sensor mounted pre throttle as they tend to be less affected by heat soak. Every location however has pros and cons so you need to just understand these and factor them into your decision and tune.
