This is an observation rather than a question. Specific Gravity and density are being used interchangably in this segment but are not the same thing. The SG of fuel is 0.74 meaning it is 74% of the density of water, but SG is a unitless value. It does make it easy to convert to density in units of grams per cubic centimeter as the density of water (used as the reference density for specific gravity) is 1 gram per cubic centimeter.
