Hi, I'm having an odd issue watching the instruction videos. The free videos the audio is English but the course I paid for the audio is Spanish. I'm registered to U.S. in my profile. I'm watching on an android phone and YT, FB etc are all in English . Sorry if I posted in the wrong place. Thanks, Danny.
That's strange, I can only surmise you accidentally clicked the wrong language - if you can't find an option to change it back, try giving them a PM on https://www.hpacademy.com/contact-us/
I don't recall anything to do with language and I can't find anything about language in a menu. It's only the audio. The transcript below is in English. I tried a message in "help" in the video. I'll try your link. Thanks
So @support was really helpful. I didn't realize there are hidden buttons at bottom right of videos. From there, settings, audio, original audio or Espanol AI. What's weird is that "audio" isn't even an option in settings if video starts in English. At any rate, I'm all good and I appreciate the help.
Sorry about that Daniel! We're working on adding some more language options and there are a few teething problems. Glad the team could get you sorted and if any one else was wondering I have attached a screenshot of where you can switch back and forth.
