On an M130 set up for drive by wire. At idle, what % should the throttle position sensor show ? How about load ?
Throttle Position is determined by the Idle Mass Flow (Idle Control System determines this). It will be non-zero, and less than Idle Actuator Throttle Aim Maximum. I would say normally 3-5%, but I've seen higher with the GM throttle bodies.
Not sure what you mean with "how about load?" As long as the DBW is not in fault, it normally tracks with the Throttle Pedal, as determined by the Throttle Pedal Translation table.
What firmware package are you using? There might be some differences with the Torque-based packages such as the GTR, Lamborghini Huracan, and GPRP-Pro.
Throttle servos have a default position which is slightly open.
This varies for different throttle servos.
In the GP packages this is a parameter which should be set called 'Throttle Servo Bank 1 Position Default'
