So generally, ignition timing depend on cylinder diameter, CR, design of cylinder head, FI, rpm and engine load? I am wondering if fuel type would affect ignition timing advance such as Nitrous, E85, water/methanol, VP racing, ethanol, ect?

Yes it certainly would, obviously octane level becomes a factor with ignition advance, but even if detonation dosnt occur from the fuel being very detonation tolerant, from what ive seen in the past on my own car, super advance ignition timing will flex/lift the cylinder head and cause all kinds of sealing issues or even worse, gasket failure. This happened to me on my evo 8 running ignite red (E90 114 octane)
