So if my car is lifting one of its rear wheels in a corner, to stop this i need to either soften the roll bar (smaller diameter) or increase the length of pivot point (away from the rollbar) or fit stiffer springs?

I would use a stiffer front anti-roll bar to help keep the rear wheel on the ground.

Tell us about the car and conditions. Many front wheel drive cars do this, but they still handle very well.

I would agree with David. usually a FWD vehicle will prioritise rear roll stiffness as that more evenly loads the front tyres and better balances the vehicle overall. Getting the spring, damper (especially during transitions), and ARB balance right is tricky, but rewarding but ultimately the inner tyre will lift at 100% rear stiffness, and it can't be further increased.

If you feel the inner is lifting too high - I'd suggest just skimming is about right - by stiffening the front you will reduce the camber gain in roll, and this can significantly aid front end grip.
