Hi I do not have a Cam card as I am using stock cams. I cannot seem to find the opening and closing event specs anywhere. Would you have this information? I have a b18C PR3-2 Head with stock cams.
Integra Type-R(Through 1999 Spec)
Int-240 dur. / 11.5mm lift
Exh-235 dur. / 10.5mm lift
IIRC, Honda use differently coloured links on the chain, if used for that engine, that marks on the various sprockets line up with. Might not apply, but worth checking.
It's often difficult to get this sort of information with a factory cam since it's not necessary when doing a cambelt in a stock engine. What I'd normally do is add vernier cam gears but compare them with the stock pulley to ensure they're essentially in the stock location. Then you can time the cams as per factory steps. Finally I'd dial the cams in on the dyno to see where we need to go to in order to optimise the torque curve. Of course with a degree wheel and a DTI gauge you can also measure the cam specs with a reasonable degree of accuracy yourself.
Brian Crower site sometimes has information on stock camshafts specs. That is what I found there...
