The VTEC cam card show the information is high lobe side or low lobe side ? If I degree the VTEC cam timing need to lock mechanism on high lobe side ?Sorry,my English is not good ,hope you can understand!
The cam card shows vtec love specs . You will have to lock your valve train as if vtec is engaged and do the required steps . To lock vtec you can either blow air through the oil supply of the vtec or you can use a small ball from a ball bearing (do not know if I am describing it correctly) and snug it between the rocker arms locks to simulate vtec or you can use vtec lock pins . If you are looking to get a degreeing kit for vtec engines I would suggest that you look at fcsrace kit as it has everything you will need for most vtec engines if not all .
