Working my way thru the CAD course, but an urgent need has come up at work for "Laying out some production machines" on a new factory floor - this is a low-volume electrical cable assembly line - not that it really make much difference.
My experience is in Solidworks and Fusion - never touched 2D drawing/AutoCAD at all. Can anyone recommend some youtube videos or other resources that I should access? - just trying to learn a few basics before I make a complete mess of things.
I'm hoping that an existing AutoCAD file for the current line can be found - and I can just modify that to fit everything in the new space. (perhaps wishful thinking)
I can download a student copy of AutoCAD for very low cost - so perhaps the first place to look is Autodesk tutorials?
