Hello I am in the process of re-sheathing an LS1 engine harness that came with my motor. I have most of the terminals removed from my connectors but have some that have the Delphi 150.2 series. Are these removable from the back of the connector? I see the description for replacement terminals say “pull to seat” and I’m guessing that means you crimp the terminal pins with the wire already ran through the connector. I hope not! There is not much extra slack in the harness.
Yes, they are crimped with the wired pulled through the front of the connector. Then they are pulled rearward to lock them in place.
