Does anyone happen to know how to de-pin these Sumitomo TS 025 style connectors?

I would expect that the forward part of the inner housing (where the mating connector pins insert) would be removed -- this would expose some locking tabs that should be able to release the pins with a small "pointy' tool or screwdriver.

This is not your housing, but similar. The Yellow part is what is holds the release tabs in place, and is what you remove to access the pin-holding tabs.

That's what I was thinking, I had tried your explanation with an old connector before and the whole inside snapped. I'll give it a second try with one of my new ones.

You might want to ask Ballenger for assistance as well.

I went ahead and sacrificed one of my new connectors and the front does not come apart for de-pinning. The two holes to the top left of the contacts are the tool insertion point and the locks can be moved with an angled needle de-pin tool. I do not have a specific tool number, but the keychain removal tools off of amazon will work. Picture attached is of the connector locks after the center had broken off.
