Hello everyone and thank you in advance for any insight you may provide,
I purchased a Holley Terminator X Max ECU for my LS3 into S13 240SX Build and I will also be using an ECUMaster PMU16 for power distribution. The harness that the Holley came with is less than pleasing to the eyes, but for the time being it will do the job until I can find the time to build a better fitting harness. Upon looking over the harness, I found that the power for the injectors and coilpacks goes to a single relay. Should I cut the power wire and run the coilpacks and injectors to separate channels on the PMU? In my head that makes the most sense.

Hello yes you have the correct idea i would highly recommend separating them,
