So I am following the Club level course except that I am using Tezfel wiring. I am just starting to build up the harness and I realized that I was following the wrong charts for sizing the wire and that I could likely use a smaller guage of wire when using tezfel.
Is there a good chart to use for what current tezfel can carry over reasonable distances in a bundle, or a spreadsheet that I can enter current and wire length into and it will spit out a suggested wire guage?
Barring that... What is the wire size for a 10 foot round trip with a 1, 3, 6, 10A load? I think it is 22, 20, 20, 18? or does the 10A need to be 16?
Do I use 3% voltage drop only?
Depends on the application. 3% voltage drop on an electric fan would not bother anyone, on the other hand 3% volt drop to say your injectors would about the absolute most I would want.
