Hey I was curious as to what the wrist pin thickness was for the 2JZ built in the example. I am shooting for ~1000 rwhp and have the standard .200 wall pins that came with Weisco pistons but was wondering if I should upgrade to the JE .230 or the CP .250 wall pins.

In the 2Jz we assembled for the worked example we were using a 0.250" CP wrist pin. This probably isn't strictly essential at 1000 rwhp but it's cheap insurance and personally I'd trade the increased weight for reliability any day.
