Is it possible to increase the exhaust brake on a 6.7 Cummins with the VGT Turbo? I have a truck that was flashed with anarchy tuning and the truck
had a louder exhaust note and the engine brake was working much harder. I flashed my own tune and the EB is not as strong as before and the exhaust note is much quieter. I have the feeling that the actuator for the pressure ring doesnt engage as much as before.
Yes, there's a factory limit on exhaust brake limit travel. The closer you set it to 100%, the more aggressive the EB will be.
