how can i know how much boost pressure can the turbo give , if i removed the factory turbo , and installed bigger one , like ( FP WHITE ) or
( PRECISION ) , shall i make a run first , check the pressure on the gauge , then modify the table ?

Turbos manufacturers normally release a compressor map with each trim of turbo to show its efficiency range.
One way of figuring out the efficiency of a turbo without this would be to tune the car and incrementally increase the boost pressure until the increases don't produce as big a gains. This peak in efficiency can come from the engine though so you need to make sure everything is up to the task.
