I have a BMW m50b25 non vanos with hydraulic lifters and have a (-30) ignition retard when anti-lag is activated my question is here can i activate launch control or the lifters may be damaged ??
Can't tell you specifically about BMW but Mitsubishi works just fine with hydraulic lifters. I heard that they pop out sometimes but have never seen one...
don't you know why they may pop out while launch and they don't with anti-lag?
Andre explained it once in one of his webinars but I don't remember exact reason...
