I have a 2009 BMW 328xi I’m running a stand-alone ECU but I can’t get the CAN related stuff to work being that I don’t know the CAN language, does anyone know a way around that?
Please describe what "CAN related stuff to work" means. Do you have any documentation on what you are trying to do?
Controller area network, most of the electronics on that car rely on the factory ECU and since we replace it with a stand alone we can get things like AC, Tachometer, speedometer, etc to work. Any ideas on how get those work?
hi Jeff you would be best to talk to the ecu company to see if they have a can stream for that type of car for there ecu
