now i know most ppl what to move away from this, but i think i want to play with it for time. so my question is simple.

i have a EK9, and i would like to build a return-less fuel system, using haltech 1500, car is doing 200hp NA and will not be moving from there. Hit me some ideas.

There's no real difficulty in building a returnless fuel system. Probably the most common way would be to actually set up a conventional fuel system with a regulator and return line and simply leave the regulator referenced to atmospheric pressure rather than the inlet manifold. This let's you simply set a fixed fuel pressure. The other option is to fit a regulator at the pump/tank and then run a single feed line forward to the engine. This essentially replicates how a factory returnless fuel system works except the regulator will be fitted in tank.

What a pain though, because you need a 3D table for injector deadtimes.

i was thinking about doing this way. but with the regulator external to the tank, but near the tank and later on install a relay on the pump to regulate its flow.

btw: why is it a pain to have a 3D table?
