Hi all , I open this discussion because I have a small problem with my car a tt mk2 fwd stage 3 with Med 9.1, with a system with two fuel pumps in the tank, one is stock and the other was added in parallel to support the stock one at high loads, having had a problem with the stock pump I opted for the TTrs pump solution, however I have the problem that after about thirty minutes on the road the power module heats up and the target pressure of 5. 6bar when the vehicle is stationary is no longer maintained and a fault code inherent to the overheated module is generated and the fuel pressure rises to 7. 5bar without control, I have to rescale the KFFLAF KFNTBKS map to keep the module from heating up but I don't know exactly how to do it, is it possible to get help?

I attach the map I have in my Med9.1.

I wrote 5.6bar but meant to say 4.6bar as seen in the attached log photo

I'm not entirely sure I follow, however if you're now driving two pumps off a module designed to control one pump then I think it would be reasonable to expect the module to potentially overheat due to the increased current draw. I don't know anything about this module but if it was possible to source a second hand unit and wire it in parallel to control the second pump that may be effective. Alternatively you could use the power feed to the original pump to switch a relay to operate the second pump but of course you would then lose speed control and it would be operating at full capacity all the time.

Hi Andre' I have replaced the two fuel pump system and installed the TTrs 2.5tfsi lpfp pump part number (8J0919051E ) on my TT mk2 2.0tfsi stage3.

This TTrs pump generates twice the pressure with the duty cycle of my KFFLA map which I attached to you in the first comment, I will attach the KFFLAF map of TTrs to show you the difference.

So I have to recalibrate the values of my KFFLA map to not have all this pressure.
