Discusión y preguntas relacionadas con el curso Modelado 3D y CAD para Motorsport.
Hi all,
Mechanical engineer here. Had extensive experience with solidworks early in my career but naturally can’t afford the seat for home use.
I have 4 parts I need drafted for send-cut-send that do not fall into their “templates.” I don’t have enough parts to justify a software purchase in the hundreds. Any suggestion on something economical I can use for a 2D DXF file?
Need to fabricate a spacer for the brake calipers, retaining ring for my McPherson tower mounts, and a bottom-mount cradle for the track seat.

So subscribe to 3DExperience Solidworks for makers for a couple of months.
You should be able to do this in the free version of Fusion, just create a 2D sketch then right-click the sketch in the browser and select export as DXF.
Alternatively try the free version of Onshape.
