hi,
i downloaded the model file, uploaded to fusion, but it will not open it.
single click just highlights the file, double click instantly opens a fusion webpage outside of the programme? any tips?

Are you trying to open a zip file? make sure you uncompress it first
Otherwise upload a screen recording so I can see exactly what you're doing.
