What will happen If I make changes to fuel and ignition maps and don't do any thing with torque limiter and wish map in the oem ecu ? And what is the values in torque limiter map ?

It depends on the ECU, but the torque limiter will most likely close the throttle if the calculated torque exceeds the limit.
