Hi HP Academy Team,
I am using the 2JZ OEM Main Caps in my build.. so, what is the best oil clearance for my application? con rods oil clearance? main journal oil clearance?
I have seen in your example you are using billet main caps with oil clearance target 0.0025" - which is larger than factory maximum specs of 0.0024"
Goal is 8000 RMP, power around 650-700 WHP - ocationally 800whp.. Living in GCC, moderate to hot weather..
My 2JZ engine is fully built with aftermarket parts, except the main cap as i assume i wont need it.
I really appreciate your advice and support..

The higher end of factory spec is common for that peak RPM and power level.
