You said the test was performed at WOT. I don't understand how you can maintain constant 2,000 rpms at WOT?
Load-controlled dyno's can vary the load, and hold the RPM steady. So once the dyno hits the desired RPM, the throttle is opened, and the dyno adds load to keep the RPM constant.
That's why a load-bearing dyno is a really useful tool for determining the ideal fuel and ignition, even if you don't have anything to start with.
