I am facing a challenge regarding Lambda Offset Voltage.

Specifically, I am struggling with: how to interpret the offset values or how to adjust them in my setup

I am using an AEM wideband sensor with MBVI3 and Pro Link.

Do you have both the AEM signal and ground connected to the MPVI Pro Link? If that's good I would consider just making a custom calibration that got the outputs to match. Better yet, would be to use a CAN-output wideband controller (does your AEM gauge have a CAN output available?) - this solves the voltage offset problems.

The error you have is severe enough that you can likely make a significant improvement with wiring changes. Like David said, make sure the sensor ground (analog -) wire is wired to the dongle as well as the signal (analog +) wire, on the appropriate pins.

That, along with ensuring the connections are clean, secure, have low resistance, should get your readings closer.

Then as David said you could create a custom calibration to account for remaining offset.

Alternatively, I use CAN to transmit wideband data to avoid this issue and improve accuracy. As David mentioned, some AEM wideband controller do offer CAN output, though some don't depending on age.

If you're using a really old AEM wideband, then it may not have a sensor ground wire either, but the 30-0300 generation does.

“I tried connecting the wideband via CAN bus, but it didn’t work on the scanner. The wiring seems correct, and the sensor supports CAN, but I’m not getting any readings. Any suggestions on what could be causing the issue or how to configure it properly?”
