Is it possible to tune a factory R56 ecu? I have a R56 track use only car that Im looking to tune and more than likely water/meth injection.

I think options are limited for gaining access to tune the OEM ECU on the R56's.
SCS Delta do offer a plug and play option effectively turning your OEM ECU into a standalone otherwise its the old school mail order hex tuning.
To add water/meth outputs you would need to go for a full aftermarket standalone ECU or add an independent system like the AEM WM injection kit.
I currently use this exact ECU on the R56 chassis. Very straight forward installation.
