What year is the truck. Is it common rail?
2013 Nissan Navara d22 2.5 and it is a common rail
I just did some digging around and as far as I can tell the only way to tune them is re flashing the ecu. There will be companies out there that provide the software and equipment to tune them but its likely very expensive.
