can i mount the camber/caster guage on the rotor ?
Provided the rotor is physically bolted to the hub then the answer would be yes, but generally this would only be done if you're using set up hubs for your alignment (which allow the car to be aligned and corner weighted with the wheels removed for ultimate precision).
