As mentioned in the course of "King Pin Inclination & Scrub Radius" , aggressive offset wheel has the affect of increasing the scrub radius and this can increases the effect of torque steer in powerful front wheel drive and all wheel drive . How about the agreesive offset wheels in the rear wheel drive ? Will it cause any problem?

Since the wheel should not steer, it only changes the forces in the various arms. There should not be any torque steer effect.

It shouldn't affect the steering feel/feedback, unless something really weird is happening.

For a beam axle, there shouldn't be anything really significant, unless you're putting very high loads through it, longitudinally, such as drag racing - the wider track will provide greater leverage from the axle on the chassis. It's one of the biggest reasons for having close-coupled rear wheels on drag cars.

What might be more relevant to your query, again when acc'íng and braking, is the greater offset will increase the forces on the suspension bushings/rubbers and linkages, and this can cause the wheel to toe in/out as the deflection occurs. It's the primary reason for using spherical/heim joints, as they will virtually eliminate load deflection at the pivot points.
