I was watching webinar about sealing techniques and i building a 4g63 engine I was looking for stopper type headgasket but i don't see any brand like cometic made then 85 stock bore I don't think do I need use Cooper gaskets do have any recommendations about any brand that you know made them in stopper type like HKS or other but I need in stock bore thank you
The bore size of the gasket doesn't need to perfectly match the engine's bore size. I used the 86mm HKS stopper type gasket with 85, 85.5 and 86 mm bores. I would stay away from the cometic gaskets unless you're aiming for relatively low power.
