i like to ask what will happen if rebuild engine without plastic gauge measure only main bearing and condrod bearing ?
Depends on the engine.
Some have procedures to replace bearings with original sized individual bearings shells (i.e. Honda marks the cases, cranks and rods with size indicators) that will give you good results without measuring. But measuring is easy and inexpensive with plastigage, so why not do it? It's much easier to replace a bearing shell and delay your rebuild, than to need extra machine work (if the engine even survives) after a spun bearing.
Bearing clearance is critical to reliable operation -- why take short cuts?
