I wanted to know to build an 8Kwh battery pack and how can we connect the BMS to the battery pack. This battery pack is for a FSAE electric car that our team is building.

You're going to need to do a lot of research on your own, or rather with your team, because it isn't that simple a question to answer.

Some points - what type of cells are you planning to use, what voltage and amperage are they, do they need individual monitoring, do they need cooling, etc. Some of those answers will depend on the motor(s) you plan to use - voltage and AC or DC, the current limitations, the controllers/inverters voltages and current limitations, etc.

When you have a better idea of what you need, some of the chaps that are actually experts in the field should be able to help you.

What is your desired pack voltage? What are the voltage and current capabilities of the cells you are using?

You combine cells in series to reach the pack voltage. You use multiple strings of cells in parallel to reach the necessary capacity of 8 Kwh. For example, let's say you used 72Ah 3.3 volt battery cells like this one:

You might make a 120 volt battery pack using 36 of those batteries in series. At 120V x 72ah, that would provide 8.6Kwh of capacity.

As you search for a BMS solution, you will need to know the number of cells in series. The safest BMS solutions have per-cell battery temperature and voltage monitoring, and can help balance the cells when charging. I have worked with the EMUS BMS on a few projects and think they might have some solutions that would be helpful to you (note they make a cell monitor just for that cell found here).
