Are there ways to monitor lambda readings on the exhaust if the truck does not have the sensors in the exhaust already?
You seem to be asking if one can get readings from something that isn't on the vehicle? If so, the answer is no.
You should be able to fit one, or two if a V engine, and monitor the lambda on a sperate gauge, if you don't have an ECU that can use and display the values.
