Looing for information regarding the upload of a stock tune that is not original to my ECM. Purchased truck that had a poor at best dsp5 tune that cant be read by EFI live. I did find a stock tune file on-line for my LMM E35B with the same OS. What are the specifics to look for before I try and load a stock file from another rig? Is there any other identifier besides model and OS that I should be aware of, or should this work to start over with stock file? Any advise is much appreciated, my end goal is to do a complete dsp5 retune with knowledge gained form the diesel HPA classes.
This is what Im working with.

Thanks in advance,

Short story is that any 8594 O.S with a similar options package and 4x4 config should do the trick. There should be list of segment data when you pull the info log from your truck. Segment data basically will tell you how well of a match the files are. Changes here could alter 4x4/HVAC/Stability control etc.

I can assume this is the segment information that I should be comparing? Doesn't seem I can pull up segment info from my ECM due to DSP5? I could attempt and load donor file and hope for the best, no going back after I flash it ...
Do you know of a reliable source to get a stock files based on vin #'s so that I can rest assured all will work as intended.
Thanks in advance!
Top pic is from donor file
Below is what I get when I try and read my ECM.
That's the segment data, yes. If you get stuck up a creek I do have stock files I can bail you out if you need.

Ok great thanks!
