In regards to your FJ and its Audi electric handbrake (I do like your solution there... unless you wanted to go drifting... a drift FJ would be hilarious) Audi have a service function that fully retracts the handbrake, so the caliper pistons can be pushed back, allowing for brake pad replacement. Once changed, it then reapplies the handbrake to get back to the base position. Just curious, will you be adding the same functionality to your FJ and if so, will it be just setting up the same current limit, but in the release direction, activated from a button on the CAN keypad?
