I am installing our first MaxxECU PDM 20, and we are having issues accessing it through the software. As seen in attached file, the green box at the top indicates the PDM is detected on the CAN bus. Some of the details in the Connection Status/Debug window indicate the PDM is present on the bus. But we can't access the PDM section of the software.
I watched the HP Academy webinar on this PDM, and it shows a menu section between "CAN BUS" and "Advanced" for the PDM. But this is not present on our software. Any ideas why it is not there?

Under CAN Bus -> CAN Settings you need to enable the PDM20.
